Certification: K-12 Teacher Certification & Leading with DEI in Higher Education 

Community-based programming development and management. Experience in: DEI work,  curriculum writing for K-12 and higher education, recruitment, hiring, student advisement, and program assessment.  More than two decades of research performance and instruction centered in the movement of the African Diaspora. Movement research includes time with the National Senegal and Ivory Coast.

Serves as the interface between local K-12 schools, community colleges, and the College of Business by building and maintaining relationships with community educators and facilitating professional development activities.

Manages the development and execution of outreach activities including attending and suggesting recruitment activities to full-time faculty.
Create monthly status reports to be shared with the leadership team and facilitate strategy meetings with stakeholders.
